1952 - Ealing came to Manchester and Alexander MacKendrick directed Mandy at The Royal School For The Deaf, Clyne House, Stretford.
Meanwhile, back in Rusholme Mancunian carried on with Jack Warner in Those People Next Door and Michael Medwin in Love's A Luxury -
